My Story
I’m Matt fleekop: husband, father & coach
Over the last decade, I've had the privilege of working with an incredible range of people, from busy parents and weekend warriors to marathon runners, Olympic athletes, and Hollywood stars.
With the majority of my peers being parents, and as a new Dad myself, I’ve realized so many parents feel like they need to make sacrifices in the their career, spending time with family, or in their fitness to achieve success in another area. I’m starting to navigate these challenges and that’s what brings me here today.
I'm here to share my journey and help redefine what it means to be a father and a parent in today's world. We aren't just providers and protectors; we are leaders, teachers, helpers, and encouragers. We are the cornerstone of a thriving family unit.
